New Traffic Tickets
Hey there! I wanted to let you all know that the color of the traffic tickets will now be green instead of blue. I thought the use of green would help jobs "go" faster through the system. Sometimes our "traffic" hits a "jam" and jobs get tied up. If people see a green ticket it may inspire them to move things through more quickly. Color is such a powerful motivator! Let me know if you have any questions and we can talk offline.

Intranet/Extranet Account Setup
To those of you who know who you are: With the launch of our new Webs ite, it is important that we verfiy everyone's admin access. However, some of us have failed to login and place a post. Please be sure to do so by tomorrow 5:00 p.m. to ensure that your access has been granted and your intranet/extranet account information (e.g. public profile, time-tracking options, etc.) are correct. While our Web staff is very talented and competent, they cannot be expected to keep up with everyone's account intricacies ... for example, they seem to have forgotten that my divorce with Ted "Bilmore" was finalized last Thanksgiving and I have returned to using my maiden name, DARGAN. You must not have gotten the memo that I sent out three times, so please see to this correction. Thank you all. Keep up the GREAT! work! Trisha
Private Webs
Hey guys! I can already see the impact our public and private web url is having on our internal communications. I know I've been able to better comunicate action items, deliverables and fast tracks to the creative staff. Moving forward I think the benefit from such real-time bloggings will only increase our efficiency and help us serve the client better. After all, that's what we're all here for right?. Just wanted to say great job so far!

Why are the Blackberries not working?
I'm so sick of "hot syncing" this thing. Palm never gave me so much trouble. I had a micro pen that I could use carve graffiti into the device. When are we going to upgrade from Outlook 2000? When a prospect calls me I need to be able to send him to voicemail instantly. There are so many issues, it's really affecting profitability. Also, all the numbers use paranthesees in the area code. I like no parenthesees. I only like dashes. Speaking of which, shouldn't we be standardizing how phone numbers are formatted in all of our communication? The "creative" people used periods, which is stupid. If makes it look like a fractional number and obviously confusing that it's not a phone number. Shouldn't the IT/Office Manager be in this blog.
